So here we are with some interesting things that a person can do during lockdown at home :

1)  YOGA :
Yes. One can go for Yoga. 
As you is not only good for mental & physical health but also it's really helpful for emotional health. Yoga is also helpful for fighting with many disease. 
Some benefit of doing yoga regularly :-

1.1)  Yoga is very useful for muscle strength                improvement & increase flexibility 
1.2)  Yoga improve Respiratory system of a                  person 
1.3) Yoga is helpful for weight reduction 
1.4) It improve Cardio & Circulatory health as             well 
1.5) If you are good at sports or want to pursue carrier in sports then it may help you as it improves the athletic performance of a particular person. 

1.6) It not only protect you from injury but                 prevent back pain .  Provides mental calmness & improve balance ( gives strength) 


2) Start Conversation with Friends & Family :

Conversation : Very important for life as well as carrier. 
Many people finds problem to communicate with others maybe because of their own reason ( language problem, not good at particular language, introvert etc) 
But in this time one can actually work at communication skills. A person actually need to be good at communication if he/she want to pursue good carrier or to live a social life. 

I suggest : If you wanna improve your communication development. Then go for some speaking apps. You can also practice with your siblings or parents wherever you find yourself comfortable. 
Start reading books & listening songs of a particular language you are actually interested in. 
If you can then you can watch movies or web series related to it. 
One more way to improve your language ( language you are interested in) is. Go for newspaper. E.book
