Habits to stay happy every day ....??

If you wanna be happy each day then you must try these activities in your daily life..!!

1) Exercise daily:

*Regular exercise can help to reduce stress.
*Exercise can also help to reduce tension, anxiety and depression
* It also boosts self-esteem and positive attitude
*Exercise maintains our body fitness and makes us confident

#If you are a starter then I would prefer you this exercise:
1) Take a walk around the block every night after dinner
2)Startup for a beginner’s class in yoga 
3)Start your day with 5 minutes of stretching

2)Look for friends :
Friend, A person who plays an important role in once life since childhood.
Humans are social beings & making new friends or having close friends make them happier.
People whom you miss the most .lookout for them and fix a plan to meet them.
Because in adulthood many people face problems in making new friends.
Your happiness may also depend on how good or close friends you have in your life .even if you have one-two friends then also it's awesome.

3) Schedule your week :
Plan your week, if you don't know how to do so.
I'll help you with this matter!
*Plan your week at the end of every week.
*Set goals and targets you want to achieve in the upcoming week.
*Make a list of work you wanna do.
*Ready, Now go for it

Planning your week is really helpful as it makes you busy and you won't be having time for being sad. Works as a helper to tackle such conditions.

4) Leave Your Smartphone :

LEAVE, really:
At least for once a week, leave your electronic device & remove your earplug(Earphone), it'll be there if you want to use them but later.

The smartphone doesn't help you to be social. It's a one-man thing. So make a change and avoid it for fix time. This will relax your mind
